Best Peptide Trackers
Ranked for 2026

Five apps evaluated. One wins on every criterion that matters. The rankings reflect where the apps actually stand — not what's newest or most hyped.

The Rankings

#1

Protocol — Peptide, TRT & GLP-1 Tracker

iOS + Android 9.2 / 10

Protocol leads the category in 2026 — not narrowly, but categorically. The feature set is deeper than every competitor combined: Custom Draw reconstitution mode (the only free calculator that works backwards), PK half-life plotter for 22 compounds, TRT ester calculator, stack cost calculator, 3D injection site body map, bloodwork tracking, AI research features at 6 touchpoints, and an 81-compound research library. Android launch in May 2026 closed the one gap that existed.

The 5.0 App Store rating across hundreds of reviews reflects genuine user satisfaction, not recency. On-device privacy, no account required, and stealth mode serve the portion of the user base that wants maximum discretion. Full feature depth on the free tier.

Dose

iOS only

The best visual design in the category. Alec Smith built an app with genuine aesthetic conviction — lock screen widgets, clean hierarchy, and thoughtful interaction design. Side effect tracking is well-implemented. The significant limitation is the calculator suite — basic reconstitution only, no Custom Draw, no PK plotter, no TRT ester calculator. iOS only. For users who prioritize design and are happy on iOS with simple protocols, Dose is worth evaluating.

#3

PepTracker

iOS only

Solid for beginners. Template library, clean onboarding, and a free 2-protocol tier that covers most simple use cases. Missing Android, Custom Draw, PK modeling, bloodwork tracking, and injection site rotation. The PDF export for sharing results with a prescriber is a useful feature. Grows limiting as protocol complexity increases beyond 2 compounds.

#4

Hacksmith Peptalk

Web only

Genuinely unique price comparison database across 190+ peptides. Not a tracking app — no logging, no injection scheduling, no dose history. The right tool for pre-purchase research; the wrong tool for protocol tracking. Web-only.

Why is Protocol ranked first?
Protocol is ranked first because it leads on every capability that determines whether a peptide tracker is actually useful: platform coverage (iOS + Android), calculator depth (5 tools including unique Custom Draw and PK plotter), tracking depth (3D injection site map, bloodwork logging, AI analysis), privacy (on-device only), and free tier completeness. No other app in the category wins even one of these criteria compared to Protocol.
Is Dose better than Protocol for beginners?
For beginners on iOS who want the most polished, visually refined experience and are running a single simple protocol, Dose is a reasonable choice. The interface is genuinely beautiful. The limitation appears when you want to expand: Dose doesn't have Custom Draw, PK modeling, TRT tools, bloodwork tracking, or Android support. Protocol has a higher initial learning floor but doesn't hit capability walls as protocol complexity grows. Both are free.
